Out of Network Benefits

If you do not see your insurance plan listed above, The Center for Physical Therapy is pleased to see you and are always willing to work with you regarding the financial aspects of your care. Patients are often very pleasantly surprised to learn that their personal financial cost could be less than “in-network.” Most insurance plans allow patients "out-of-network" benefits. As out-of-network provider, we are not contractually obligated to your insurance company’s restrictions as contracted providers are. By having this leeway, it permits us to work with the patient so they can access the level of care needed by our physicians.
