Diane Fuller, DPT
Physical Therapist
Diane earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Midwestern University and her undergrad studies in biology and psychology were at Western Illinois University. Diane's physical therapy expertise is in outpatient orthopedic, inpatient and day rehabilitation. Providing patients with comprehensive care and helping them return to a maximum level of function is at the core of her professional passion.

Diane's interest in athletics and involvement in sports enhances helping patients achieve total body wellness and fitness.




Gisha Abraham, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist
Gisha is a Licensed Practical Nurse and has earned additional degrees: Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy, Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (University of Illinois at Chicago). She specializes in the evaluation and treatment of upper extremity hand injuries and trauma. Her experience spans preoperative and postoperative patients and the fabrication of static/dynamic hand splints and wound care. Gisha has developed and taught a Total Joint Replacement class for preoperative patients; had key involvement in education for obstetricians and pre-natal women (effects of hand and wrist during pregnancy); initiated development for quality assurance/improvement monitoring in the hand clinics; has developed numerous policies and procedures that improve the total patient experience.

Gisha is fluent in English, Spanish and Malayalam.




Natalia Czajka, MPT
Physical Therapist
Natalie has devoted over ten years to physical therapy and is a Masters in Physical Therapy graduate (Governer's State University). Her skill-set is enhanced by extensive training to treat injured workers in Functional Capacity evaluations and Work Conditioning programs. Natalie is pursuing her certification in the McKenzie Method that extends her qualification  to the diagnosis and treatment of lower back and spine conditions. Natalie's is bilingual in English and Polish giving her the special ability to communicate when language would otherwise be a barrier.

Natalie enjoys working with patients of all ages, especially athletes. She is an athlete herself and has recently finished her first marathon.




Robert Reiner, PTA
Physical Therapy Assistant
In nearly a decade, Chicago Native Robert Reiner's outpatient physical therapy experience spans orthopedic rehabilitation, aquatic therapy and work conditioning. His physical therapy treatments focus on manual therapy techniques and progressively challenging exercises. Robert is a 2003 Oakton Community College associate graduate of the Physical Therapy Assistant program. In addition to his formal education, Robert's continued education includes Maitland Joint Mobilization of the spine, upper and lower extremities, and stabilization; academic conferences include stabilization of the foot and ankle, and rehabilitation of the shoulder and knee.

When Robert is out of the clinic he enjoys films, camping and is a dedicated Chicago Cubs fan.




Lauren Stoemer, MT
Certified Massage Therapist
Lauren is a Graduate of the Cortiva Institute School of Massage Therapy, and is an expert in several different massage modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sports and Maternity. She customizes each massage treatment to match needs of the patient and nature of their injuries or trauma. Lauren enjoys volunteering her time to Alzheimer's patients and providing post race massage at the Chicago Marathon.

When Lauren is out of the clinic, she enjoys family-time with good food and music.
