Our therapists will work with you specifically when you come in so "Therapeutic Massage" will address most needs. Deep tissue tells us you want a little more pressure (but please feel free to let us know during any session).
I am currently in physical therapy, can I still get a massage?

How often should I receive Massage Therapy?
It depends on what you are getting a massage for. To get a therapeutic effect, initially you may want to get a massage every 1-2 weeks and then taper down as your symptoms dissipate. For stress relief and relaxation, you should also consider getting a massage every 1-2 weeks and increase or decrease depending on your stress level.
